Aes Ambelis Shiraz 2017

A full-bodied wine with a bright purple color and a rich and complex bouquet of spices, ripe plums, chocolate, with hints of oak. A well-balanced wine, with an intense, but velvety flavor, that leads to a long lasting aftertaste.

Classic method for full-bodied red wine, taking full advantage of the Shiraz variety, which has shown great potential in Cyprus. Extensive maceration on the skins and malolactic fermentation performed. In French oak barrels (50% new, 50% older) for 14 months and subsequently in the bottle for one year. Ready for immediate consumption, can further develop for the next 3-4 years.
