Vinification Method: Handpicked grapes, 20-day skin contact, cold soak, yeast selection, regular punch down.
Oak Ageing: 90% French and 10% American – 10-12 months
Aromas: Red fruit supplemented by nutmeg and black pepper aromas. Full body wine with elegant acidity and well-rounded tannins.
Production Volume: less than 2000 bottles/year !!!
